A group of people are standing along a street beside a large building, maintaining a safe distance from the structure. Some are clustered together, while others appear to be keeping to themselves. Traffic cones have been set up to demarcate the area, likely as a precaution to keep individuals away from the building in case of aftershocks or structural damage following an earthquake. The sky is clear and it’s a sunny day.
